Jean Ellen Cowgill is the founder and CEO of Portrait Creative Network. She was previously GM of Bloomberg’s streaming and social video news network and the Global Head of New Ventures, leading Bloomberg Media’s strategy and business development teams. Prior to Bloomberg, Jean Ellen was President of the consulting and creative agency of The Atlantic and led Atlantic Media’s corporate strategy efforts, managing the company’s growth portfolio.
