This information may include, but not be limited to your name, phone number, email address, role, occupation, and/or details about your abilities that you wish to provide (“Your Personal Information”). Some of our Services let you connect your accounts and import your information from other service providers.

This information may include the browser type, IP addresses, the referral website or web page you visited before visiting our websites, and unique identifiers associated with your devices. Your devices (depending on the device settings) may also send location information to the Services.

Cookies and customer data tracking technologies. We may use technologies like pixel tags and cookies to improve, provide, and promote our Services or the security of our Services for all users. Our use of pixel tags also allow us and our trusted third-party partners to track your usage of our Services and collect usage data, including the number of pages you visit, the time you spend on each page, what you click on next, and other information about your visit to the sites. You can adjust your browser settings to not accept cookies, however this could limit your ability to use the Services. You can opt out of non-required cookies here – Cookie Management

Payment information. For convenience, when purchases are made through Switchboard, we may save a tokenized reference to your credit card information on Squarespace Payments, or another authorized third-party secure credit card processing service. Switchboard uses industry standard encryption technology to protect credit card and password information but because the website and services incorporate third-party payment services, we cannot be responsible for the handling of credit card and/or other payment data as it relates to the use of said third-party payment service providers. Additionally, because no security system is impenetrable, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet or via wireless providers' networks. Nevertheless, Switchboard will never share this credit card information or charge any customer without their explicit consent, except as may be required by law or court order.

Marketing and Third Party Promotions. We offer users the option to use some of our Services free of charge. These free Services may include limited access to the Site and its associated Content. If you register for our free Services, we may, from time to time, send you information and promotions about upgrades when available, or relevant promotions from third parties. Any user who receives this promotion can opt out of the email list at any time. If you do not want to receive marketing materials from us, you can simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email from us or update your preferences in your Switchboard account settings.
